By submitting an entry to the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of JHMVT and PopTech Studio AI (the “Sponsor” and Promotional Operator), and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to all humans aged 21 or older at the time of entry. Residents of Taiwan, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Hong Kong, Greece, France, Japan, Spain, and Czech Republic are not eligible to enter or win. Employees of PopTech Studio AI, JHMVT, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members are not eligible. Sweepstakes is governed by United States law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

How to Enter

To enter, follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Primary Entry”). You may earn a bonus entry (“Additional Entry”) by referring a friend (age 21+), who must enter using your referral link. All entries must be received by December 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM PDT (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Prize & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Total Prize Value: $1,000 USD

Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries on December 18, 2025, at 2:00 PM PDT, conducted by a representative of PopTech Studio AI. Winner will be notified by email. At the Sponsor’s discretion, winner may be required to confirm prize acceptance by email and submit a completed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (“Affidavit/Release”) within 12 hours. If the winner fails to meet these conditions, the prize may be awarded to an alternate.

No substitution or transfer of prize permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. All taxes and incidental expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Prize is not redeemable for cash.

Legal & Liability

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, JHMVT, San Bernardino International Airport, and all affiliated companies, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize. Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, likeness, and location for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, incomplete entries, or system malfunctions. Mass entries, automated scripts, or tampering will void all related entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes in case of fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond its control.

Arbitration

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in Miami, Florida courts.
